  24. 4.1 - Fixed path bug (Bippy M), it works now :).

  26.       Made a lot of internal text look nicer, improved layout and display
  27.       of some parts of the program.

  29.       Added date & time & nicer format to questionnaire outputs.

  31.       Added Yes/No, Male/Female, Agree/Disagree pre-set hotkey answers.

  33.       Added Bye.text which can be used to stop the internal "Thanks
  34.       for completing" text from displaying, by displaying your own :).

  36.       Hotkeys are now capitalised.

  38.       Re-wrote in KewlDoors by Niki Murkett, optimised and made the code a
